Immigration Legal Assistant or Paralegal

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families in need while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Who We’re Looking For:
A kind, detail-oriented, and high-functioning professional who is fluent in both English and Spanish (required). You should bring prior experience in immigration law and a commitment to client care and community service.

Key Responsibilities:
You’ll play a vital role in helping clients navigate the U.S. immigration system. Experience in the following areas will be especially valuable:

• Family-based immigration petitions
• Employment-based cases (EB-2, EB-5)
• Non-immigrant employment visas (H, L, O)
• Investor visas (E-1, E-2)
• Humanitarian applications (Asylum, U Visa, VAWA, I-601A Waivers, DACA)
• Adjustment of Status, 245(i) eligibility, and Consular/NVC processing
• Scheduling, client intakes and fielding phone calls
• Client communication and community outreach
