The HR Generalist coordinates the recruitment and selection process within the University of Maryland Faculty Physicians, Inc. (FPI). This process consists of determining recruitment strategy, sourcing potential candidates, assisting management with the interview and selection process, and coordinating the salary offer and on-boarding process. Provides consulting services regarding recruitment, retention, compensation, and employee relations to assigned departments. Provides human resources guidance and support in accordance with all FPI policies as well as federal, state, and local laws and regulations; and other duties as assigned. Experience: Minimum 3 years related HR experience with various HR modalities (recruitment, benefits, employee relations, compensation). Education: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university required, PHR/SPHR preferred.
